Welcome to B & B Rentals. By accessing or using our website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

We offer rental services for various types of trailers, including but not limited to car trailers, truck haulers, equipment, deck over, dump trailers, cargo trailers, utility trailers, enclosed trailers, etc.]. All rentals are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

To rent a trailer from us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Have a valid credit card for payment and security purposes.
  • Meet any additional criteria as specified for certain types of trailers.

3. Rental Agreement

  • Reservation: You may make a reservation through our website or by contacting us directly. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation from us.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of reservation or pick-up, as specified. We accept major credit cards + 3% processing fee and other payment methods as listed on our website. A reservation hold deposit is required. Said reservation hold deposit is transferrable but not refundable. The reservation deposit counts towards your overall rental payment
  • Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the trailer, provided there is no damage or additional fees incurred.

4. Use of Trailer

  • Permitted Use: You agree to use the trailer in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The trailer is to be used only for its intended purpose.
  • Prohibited Use: The trailer may not be used for any illegal activities or to transport hazardous materials. You must not allow unauthorized individuals to use the trailer.

5. Maintenance and Repairs

  • Pre-Rental Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting the trailer before use and reporting any existing damages to us immediately.
  • During Rental: You are responsible for maintaining the trailer in good condition. Any damage occurring during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear, will be your responsibility.
  • Post-Rental Inspection: The trailer must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. We will inspect the trailer upon return and assess any potential damages.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation according to the cancellation policy specified on our website or at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 1 hours before the rental period may incur a fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds for deposits or payments will be issued according to our refund policy. No refunds will be provided for early returns or no-shows.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: You are responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of the trailer. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Insurance: Insurance coverage options may be available for an additional fee. It is your responsibility to review and purchase appropriate insurance coverage if needed.
